We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. Your job will be to survey and evaluate our customers’ business procedures, administration, and data needs. Then, you’ll work to design and implement the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform across the entire organisation. Your end goal is to utilise the cloud technology platform from Salesforce to effect change in every department that improves the client experience.

Communication and documentation is key and you will be required to report on your findings and present solutions that support the system design to customers and key stakeholders.  

This role would suit someone with a passion for management consultancy who likes to improve business processes and enable the client to release the key performance indicators that are outlined in their business plan and CRM strategy.
